meet Buffie Patterson Broker / Realtor®
Buffie Patterson is the Principal Broker at Eden Regento Real Estate Consultants and a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in real estate and financial services. As the 2025 President of Columbus REALTORS®, she represents nearly 10,000 professionals across central Ohio.
A seasoned change agent, Buffie has held numerous leadership roles within Columbus REALTORS®, including serving on the Executive Committee and chairing both the Grievance and Education Committees. She’s a proud graduate of the Columbus REALTORS® and Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academies, as well as United Way’s Project Diversity program (Cycle 10). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University.
Before entering real estate full-time, Buffie spent two decades in banking and industrial engineering, holding leadership and management positions at institutions like JP Morgan Chase and UPS. Her expertise spans business management, operations, and process improvement. Buffie is deeply committed to her community, having served on boards for the YWCA, Homeport, United Way of Central Ohio, COSI, and more. A lifelong Ohioan, she’s passionate about the growth and vibrancy of the region.
Buffie finds joy in live performances, interior design, nature walks, and spending quiet moments with her beloved rescue pup, Bambi.
